We have completed many projects in schools in various parts of this area, both with curtains and with Blinds, all of which would be Flame Retardant and can be Blackout if desired.
Many of our flame retardant fabrics are also washable. Delivery of Blinds is normally 2-3 weeks and curtains a little over 4 weeks.
